Response to Outreach

Thank you to everyone who has reached out to check on Glass City Academy. We are
doing our best to work through this together and appreciate any well wishes sent
our way.

Right now, the best way for the community to support our students directly would
be to help us stock up on snacks (shelf stable junk food), games (board games and
decks of cards), and calming activities like coloring books.

It may seem silly, but we do have the big stuff covered. City Council, Save our
Communities, and countless other community partners have all stepped up to
support our students and staff as they work through this, and the hundreds of well
wishes from you all really showed the students that they are loved and cared for in
this city.

The following is a list of local and national resources for crisis and trauma. If you are in
need of support, please make use of these resources. For additional support, please
reach out to Ms. Delaney about counseling services.
